Organization Overview: Regents Theological College is amongst the foremost Pentecostal Bible College in Europe, and one of the largest in the UK. It is also the national training centre for the Elim Pentecostal Churches, and has been training people to serve in a range of Christian ministries, both in the church and wider community, for 100 years.

Subgrant Project Description: Little academic research exists on the concept, embodiment, and cultivation of spiritual formation among European Pentecostals. Consequently, this project aims to: (1) discuss how conceptually European Pentecostals understand spiritual maturity; (2) assess whether students at European Pentecostal theological colleges are being developed spiritually; (3) construct a theologically informed concept of Pentecostal spiritual maturity/formation and offer practical suggestions for Pentecostal colleges and denominations to help enhance the spiritual development of their students and members.

Location: Regents is located in Malvern, UK and for this project has partnered with ALT School of Theology, Örebro, Sweden and College of Theology and Social Sciences in Warsaw, Poland.
